5. Returns and Exchanges

Our return and exchange policy is as follows:

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Certain items like perishables and personal care products are non-returnable.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
• A restocking fee of 10% may apply for returns without a valid reason.

4. The place of arbitration shall be Ooty, Tamil Nadu, India.
5. The language of arbitration shall be English.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
