At Ooty Oasis, we aim to provide affordable and transparent shipping rates for our valued Indian customers:
- Flat rate shipping: ₹99 for orders under ₹1000
- Free shipping on all orders over ₹1000 (within India)
- Express shipping option available for ₹199 (1-2 business days for most metro cities)
Note: Additional charges may apply for remote areas or unusually large orders. We’ll inform you before processing such orders.

- DTDC Express (4-6 business days)

Order Processing Time

- During peak seasons (e.g., Diwali, New Year), processing may take up to 72 hours
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation SMS and email with tracking information.

Shipping Damages
We package our teas with utmost care, but we understand that accidents can happen during transit:
- Inspect your package upon delivery and report any visible damage to the delivery person immediately
- If you discover damaged items after opening your package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Take photos of the damaged items and packaging to help us process your claim quickly
For lost packages:
- We’ll initiate a trace after 7 business days from the expected delivery date
- Our team will coordinate with the courier service to locate your package
Our Promise: We’ll work diligently to resolve any issues with damaged or lost packages. Depending on the circumstances, we’ll either resend your order or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
